Worst ever
The rental agent links you to this app to look up and apply for a property. And yet you can only search tor sales. Rental is not mentioned anywhere and there is no in-app help. Doh!

Not accurate
Missing a lot of homes showing available on several other sites, shows homes as available that aren’t and sold months ago, very glitchy and doesn’t save search criteria part of the time. Overall just very frustrating.
App is sub par to others
The app is not as friendly as other real estate apps.
My realtor will send me addresses which I plug into Zillow since there are more functions with that app this this one.

Nothing works
After spotting multiple foreclosures with ERA on zillow, I decided to try the app to see if ERA lists more info than Zillow does. This app only shows me land. I adjusted filters every which way, and the only time search brings back results is if land is included. No houses under any criteria selected, including no filtering at all.

This app and the PC version and the email feed behave differently. The links my realtors send work differently at times so sometimes I can favorite or thumbs down a property and sometimes I can’t, sometimes I can make notes. Sometimes I can’t.
As I’m writing this I’m frustrated that there are five new homes for me to view that came from my realtor and when I click on the link it says welcome to the new ERA and takes me to what seems to be the right spit but says I have to log in but that doesn’t work and every password reset results in an immediately expiring link.
Another persistent problem is the inability to save enough listings on the mobile app when I haven’t hit any limit on the PC app.
Since I’m somewhat following a market and want to revisit homes that might go up for sale again I actually have to use Zillow to accomplish my goal. Forcing a buyer off your platform seems a bit foolish to me but what do I know? I’m just a buyer with excellent credit and cash who is looking for a unique home

Full of bugs
Won’t let you hide homes. Save search feature adds homes outside your search area. Not as much information as Zillow.
Doesn't work 3/4 time
I attempted to search for my residence by typing in the address or search a particular area for houses for sale. I get a message that nothing was found, adjust filters. I have no filters set. Fix your app.

My agent, Faith Winn Coke at ERA Doty Real Estate in Jonesboro, AR, had me download the app and it was off to the races! She was able to see my searches and research them before I even asked. Faith was even able to find things I had missed and send them to me! Best way of easy communication and searching for homes!

Works well, fast, and easy to use!
Very primitive
Not a very good app. Couldn’t save my current home we may put on market soon. Couldn’t find and add our agent assigned to us outside the app. Home search & saving areas interested in is not a feature or I couldn't find it and use if it is. I could go on. But only 5 minutes of use after downloading didn’t show many positive features.
