Can’t Activate the Account

I have been trying to create and activate an account for two weeks, made an account with mine and my friends details but we both can’t activate the account and book any sports events.

Not creating account

It is not allowing me to sign in/register the it says email and phone are already registered but cannot reset password.. needs to be fix asap
