Service great, terrible app
This is not about the product or pricing, which are great actually. But the app is so glitchy it’s like almost not worth using. Except it’s the only way to do delivery so it’s all bad. Just super unpleasant experience going through menu and seeing the product to decide what to get. And takes way longer than it should

Legit not an app
I love ERBA markets so this is solely about this “app”. It’s pretty horrible. Main complaint being it’s not an app! Hopefully they didn’t actually pay anyone to create it for them bc it legit just brings you to their website. Which, when squished into an “app” sized screen, makes things glitchy and scattered and nothing saves as you click through. It’s very frustrating and not user friendly at all.

Not an improvement over the website
I love Erba, but your website makes ordering such a pain, especially on mobile. I hoped this app would fix the UI/UX issues, but it’s just a mirror image of your website with the same interface. It offers no benefit vs ordering online, so I uninstalled it to save space.

I like Erba! I have always liked their products. Now I am using their app to order their products. The app is easy to use. Can’t ask more!

The app works just fine. It was very easy to use. I also love the fact that you can shop in other Erba location’s.
Getting my weed Quick & Easy
Erba has the best delivery staff, and their new app shows how quick and easy it is to log in just like their old website had where all of my information is stored for future purchases. The new Erba app offers deals too so definitely using this for all future purchases. Plus the shop photos are just like being there in the store which I miss. Thank you for developing a covid-19 friendly experience with your app and delivery services !

This is a poor app. The embedded Meadow shopping UX is maybe the worst I’ve seen a dispensary or delivery have. I like ERBA, why is the iOS app unusable vs the website is easy?
