New - Support chat: pick a topic, ask your question and follow the whole thread in one place, without phone calls or emails. A message sent with no signal waits and goes out as soon as you are back online. Improved - Sign-up asks only the questions that apply to you: follow-up questions appear based on your answers, and company details are filled in right where they belong. - Citizenship and vehicle colour are pick lists now, so there is less typing and less to correct. - Couriers upload only the vehicle photos their vehicle actually needs. - Couriers: amounts for a settlement period that is still running are marked as projected, with a short note explaining that the final figure comes after the period closes. - The balance screen talks about settlement periods instead of weeks, the way payouts really work.
