This app is totally busted. Will not open at all.

I use to to use this app all the time. But for about a year now I've been waiting for an update to make it work again. It crashes without even opening 100% of the time... I am not sure why I still even have it. If it would be fixed I would give 5 stars but for now, only one star for an app I can't use.

Are you kidding...when I needed it, it crashes!!!
Nothing like rolling into a scene as a medic, first on scene, with an overturned tanker at 2AM on the interstate and loading your iPhone ERG to find out it won't load and then digging out a hard copy to read by flashlight while the tanker cab is engulfed by fire. This app is made for emergencies and it should never fail!!!! Thankfully the tanker was transporting a non-lethal substance and all involved were ok, thanks to a hard copy, that allowed myself and additional crew to rescue the injured and avoid decon. EMS rarely need this but when we do it's life or death!!! When I pay for a program out of pocket for my job I expect it to work and lives could have been lost. Thankfully none were that day....fix it!!!!

Fixed!
I had the same crashing problem after the latest update, contacted support (through the link on this page, which worked), and they provided a very simple procedure to fix it (which is also posted here). Delete app, reboot device, reinstall app. Works fine after that. They claim its an Apple issue, not their own. Support was very understanding and extremely helpful.
This is a great app that has come in very handy a number of times. I'm glad it was an easy fix, and I'm looking forward to continuing to make good use of it down the road.

What happened?
The app quit working. You go to it and it never opens. What happened?
Support is great!
I had a bad upgrade that stopped the app from opening. After posting to support I had an answer in hours. The app works great and I now know that they care about the user.

Last update causes app to crash. Can't even open.
UPDATE- If you delete the app them reinstall, that should fix the issue. Still only giving three stars because it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with.

Fixed Crash Issue
For those also having the crash issue with the 6/4 update, I finally got through to customer support and they advised to remove the program from your devise and reinstall it and that should fix the problem. It fixed mine so for those still having issues, you might also try that.

Do not download 6/4 update! The app no longer is working..... The support link from the App Store for ERG Pro does not work either.
