Ergani myTimologisi

Ergani myTimologisi turns a phone or a tablet into a check-in point for the Greek digital work card. The employee shows the QR code of their card from the myErgani app, and the arrival or departure is recorded in the ERGANI system with the business's mytimologisi.gr account. WHAT IT DOES • Scans the work card's QR code with the camera, one employee after another • Movement: automatic (arrival or departure), or arrivals only, or departures only • A result for every scan, with ERGANI's protocol number • Today's list: who came in, who left, and whether ERGANI received it • Phones and tablets, upright or on their side, with the front or the back camera • A sound on every scan, a different one when the movement was not recorded • Blurred camera (optional): the picture clears only while the camera sees a QR code • Greek and English, light and dark theme WHAT YOU NEED An administrator account on mytimologisi.gr with the ERGANI connection and the staff set up on ergani.mytimologisi.gr. Setup, staff and history are managed there; the app is only the scanning point. This app is not made by or affiliated with the Greek Ministry of Labour; it records movements in ERGANI on behalf of the business.
