Thornham not offered as a location
Like the app, but Thornham no longer shows up so have to use the website to order. The other still show.

Kept losing items from the basket. And in my opinion any business that caters to summer visitors BUT insists that you set up an account is bonkers. Have the developers never seen the “Continue as guest” pattern?
Easy to lose time slot when busy
It needs to ‘reserve’ your time slot while you’re entering payment details. I chose my food and picked a time only to have it changed from 5pm to 7:40pm and no way to go back. Had to call restaurant to fix. Collected food at 5pm, than they called at 8 to say “your food has been sat here for 20mins”
