I’m addicted. But I want to know if the algorithm has made every game winnable? I’m now on a steak of 310 straight wins at the hardest 4 suit level. Some games have taken me many tries, but I always get there. Am I going to hit an unwinnable game, or is just a question of perseverance? Eric?
Eric Snider’s Solitaire
I use the single deck Spider Solitaire. I love Eric’s implementation. The graphics are colorful and detailed. I like the hints. Both the glow and wiggle. The animation is usually smooth. There are occasions when a card will get “stuck” at the peak of the animation. It will freeze on screen at it’s largest size. This started over a year ago and has stayed in every version since. I have to tap somewhere else on the screen for the card to go back to its normal size. This should be fixed. It happens on any version of iPad and also on iPhone 6 and 8.

Miss the old version
When I got new iPad the old Eric’s spider solitaire was unavailable. I have played it for years. This new version does not allow you to drag cards and looks so different. Hope I can get used to it. Very frustrating!

Spider Solitaire
I've been playing Spider ever since the game came out. It is still my favorite game. I have played over 36,699 games. My grandkids reseat one of my I pads and I was in the 10's of thousands. Grandmother was not a happy camper. They now know if they touch a game when there is an X jiggling the game disappears. Thanks for inventing this game.

Best Spider app!
This is far superior to any other spider game I've ever played!
I love this app
My favorite spider is the one that came with windows back in 1998. This app is as close as I can get to that one, on my iPad. I like the simple design, that it is not all cluttered up with meaningless graphics.

Stands the test of time
This has been a favourite game of mine for years. It is kept up to date so there is no problem running it after you update your operating software. I love Spider solitaire, and I cannot imagine a better app than this for it. The game itself is simple or challenging, your choice. It has small touches that make it a pleasure to use and keep me coming back, time and again.

I like this a bit better than the previous version. I'm still unclear on how to do anything that moves the score to something other than "104". Seems, other things being equal, to resolve automatic moves to the left. Overall it has changed my life.
Repeats!
Occasionally I get into that I'll play for hours. I have noticed that it starts to repeat itself or go into a loop where the same hands are repeated. I've tried deleting, reboot and downloading, but after a while, it goes into a loop again. Doesn't help when you have photographic memory...
