My worst part of any day is attempting to try and input any data in this app. It was good when first rolled out years ago but has gotten worse with every update.

This app is PAINFULLY AWFUL. Takes 5-8 seconds to respond to ANYTHING. Data won’t sync. Lets you waste your time inputting data only to tell you you’re not in the log book but you ARE in the log book and it even shows your name when it displays the error!!!
I literally have ANYTHING ELSE TO DO other than log in and out of this stupid app day after day. God have mercy on your soul if you have to use this thing. Trash it and start over.

Never syncs properly, need to constantly log out then log in again. Even then it might not sync.

Hands down the worst app ever. Log entries at times take days to sync. It’s been brutal time after time even after countless reboots and reinstalls of the app. Get it together Eris team ! Please !

Zero stars wasn’t an option; but, would have picked that. Using app is like getting a forced colonoscopy.
Garbage
This app is so frustrating to use, almost every day I try to make a log entry and it says “you must be in the shift entry before a logbook entry can be made for this day” well sure I’d love to add myself for the day, but wait, a bug that still hasn’t been fixed for months prevents me from entering anyone into the shift entry! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any sort of mobile application.

Never updates, have to uninstall/reinstall often
App is not reliable and never works properly. Can’t look back in recent history of entries and it never seems to upload entries to server. App used to be decent but is unreliable.

App constantly gives blank white screen. Always loading stuff and locking up.
Great concept - needs patching
I like the app- although it constantly locks up and kicks you out. It would be great if the developer designed this app for smart watches with speak text. This would be a game changer.
