No way to get ahold of ANYONE

So, I’m getting an error when trying to take an advance. I tried the instant chat and guess what…..? It’s a chat bot basically useless. I sent an email and didn’t get a response until like a week later. Still no advance, no correspondence, nothing. If I could give it no stars for service I would.

Advances does not work

I downloaded the app it was pretty simple to sign up. But I don’t believe that app works. I contacted support over a 2 week span nobody has emailed me back nor has the issue been fixed. Honestly don’t recommend this app.
