App will not open anymore
Worked well for a while, and it worked as any app for a coffee place should. But when I went to order something today it just freezes on the loading screen and will not work at all. I’ve restarted my phone and reset connections to no avail, hope this issue isn’t too wide-spread.
Easy to use app!
The app is super convenient on days I’m rushing around. This is my favorite coffee shop in town!
Easy to use
The new app is easy to use. I’m not a fan of the “I’m here” feature. Sometimes I have someone else pick up my drink if I’m working and obviously if it’s geolocation, it’s not going to come up. I also would prefer to not sit in the line refreshing every moment to wait for the “I’m here” button. I do like the point system.

Points System is broken
Most of the app works fine and is a big improvement from the last one. I really appreciate that there are descriptions for each item instead of just a name. My issue with the app is that the “points” system isn’t working. I’ve made several purchases through the app and still have 0 points.
