Great Calendars
I always have Ermine calendars on my iPad and iPhone because they are more customizable and help me read more easily. They fact that you can customize these calendars with different colors help my poor vision and improve the accessibility features otherwise missing in the IOS platform
Worked until it didn’t
I loved this app for multiple years and depended on it as my calendar for EVERYTHING. Until all of a sudden all of my events completely disappeared. There is no update that I missed or any button that I would have clicked in the app. Do not depend on this app to keep your important life schedule in.

Doesn’t display enough events
Would be great if the month long calendar widget could display events like the two week long one. Or if the two week long one could be expanded (actual size, not the option to cram 4 weeks into the same space)
I really loved this until it deleted my calendar 6 times in three months
This app is great aesthetically. Easy to use and has simple customizations. HOWEVER, I don’t know why but for some reason in the past three months, I’ve had my calendar completely wiped six times. I’ve used this app for two years and had no problems, even recommended it to friends. Never had this happen before now. Once, okay I get it maybe I messed up and so I fixed all my settings so it’s all synced and backed up. Twice, I thought was odd but chalked it up to an iPhone update gone awry even though my settings were set to sync. HOWEVER SIX TIMES????? Insane. The app support/help page is a JOKE. They just ask you to resync your calendar? ITS BEEN SYNCED. There is no reason why my calendar just decided to end itself six times over the period of three months. This has pushed me to look at other calendar apps because some of these appointments were set months ahead of time and I have cannot remember them now, no thanks to this app. Sure it’s pretty, but it’s empty, just like my calendar.

Widget never refreshes
The multi-month widget view never refreshes/updates the date. I have to constantly “edit” the widget, pretend to add it again and then it updates the date. It’s becoming a pain bc I can’t really trust what the widget is showing me. Anything I can try or is this a known issue?

Love except
Love it except the fact that the date won’t update
Needs a bug fix
Lately the date isn’t updating and I have to uninstall and reinstall the widget for it to update 😭 so sad bc I looove this app, i’ve been using it for so long and I can’t find another calendar widget app that does what I want. but I think i’m going to have to find a new app now. I hope they fix this issue because otherwise this is the perfect calendar widget app

Great app one problem
This app is great on the way it connects to your calendar and can edit your calendar on the app. My issue is we need to be able to add more events on the photo widget. Only showing one event is frustrating when the color one allows multiple events as well as showing the calendar itself. If you could allow the photo widget to show the full calendar as well as multiple events it would be a much better calendar widget app.

The double calendar widget should have some buttons to let you scroll through other months without opening the app
desperately needs bug fixes
was a really helpful app for a while, but now the bugs and unresponsiveness when trying to edit a new calendar widget make it unusable for me. even things like changing days of the week colours, languages or fonts makes the entire app unresponsive until i restart it.
widget broken; not showing right date
it’s now Feb 5 and yet the widget still shows Jan 31 with no way to fix it….
Great app but needs some bug fixes
I love the widget and customisation options this app offers. However, probably once every couple of months the date on the calendar will not change. It could be 30th March and the calendar will be stuck on the 20th. It’s really frustrating as the only way to fix it is to delete the widget and reinstall it again. Please fix this bug.

Great app, needs update

Issue:
the home screen widget does not *visually* automatically refresh and update. The info *is* current if I click into the widget to open the app. For example, I was looking at the widget just now; it said the current date is December 13, 2024. It shows the correct info when I open the app, but widget was incorrect.
Observations and workaround:
I’ve discovered that the widget date *will* update if I resize the widget. For example, I just changed the widget size from the “medium” size to “small,” then back to “medium” and the date updated. However, the date then gets stuck on whatever the date was the last time I resized the widget. For example, the last time I resized the widget was on December 13.
Miscellaneous info:
I’ve tried finding an in-app setting to correct this, but see no relevant option. I’ve also searched in my device system settings but didn’t find any relevant options. For example, I looked in my “background refresh” settings, but Ermine wasn’t listed there.

So far I love it!
I’ve been using the fitness apps Hops and Standland for years and I was looking at the other apps they have, saw this one. So far I am loving it! The main reason I am so excited about this app is first, it is so easy for me to look at my monthly appts all at once and that includes PAST appts!! I was searching forever on how to restore my dates/appts on iCal and frustrated gave up and what’s this…? It’s on my Ermine calendar app!! All of it!! Without even doing any searching!!! Love the color options, syncing all of my calendars at once and again, my past appts/dates. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 😊

Great little calendar
I’ve made this my default calendar and I love this widget. Very easy to navigate.
Cute private calendar 🤍
I was using iOS Calendar and Simple Calendar side by side. This was because iOS Calendar offers the yearly view while Simple Calendar offers monthly view with highlighted events based on my color preference. If Ermine can provide these features and offer event reminders and more customizable repetition (such as every 5 days, etc), I will 100% switch over. As a bonus, Ermine does not collect data which is hard to come by when looking for apps nowadays.
You can change the app icon, too. All I did was tip the developers which I believe they deserve anyways. The Ermine Pro offers customization regarding Widgets, not necessarily your in-app experience.

Not pleased
I use to be entirely dependent on this app and the update honestly ruined the functionality, we have to use a plus and minus sign to change the time and we can’t even change it from pm to am without having to run thru the 24hrs.
Prefer over Google
Very good calendar. Simple to use and understand. No complications. I particularly like the fact that it doesn’t have a bunch of ridiculous non official dates and holidays.
Love the app minus one thing
I absolutely love this app. The interface is easy and it syncs to my existing calendar. The widgets are great. Minus one thing. I wish I could add a background photo to the two week calendar layout widget. I like to see what is going on each day and the calendar layout is perfect, but you can only have that in black or white. The option to customize doesnt have the full two week calendar layout and only shows dates and dots. Would be 5 stars if this was a possibility.

Constantly wiping calendar picks
Recently, it started unchecking my synced calendars, making my widgets blank. Not really sure what to do about it, but before that started happening, it was a really great app.
