Stopped working

When I first downloaded the app it was honestly a blessing. It worked there’s no denying that and was legit. Up until a couple hours later it never paid me out for the courtyard and saga block missions. I wrote out to their chat support and also submitted a ticket and got no response. I’m sure they have a small team and might be difficult to up keep if there’s a ton of volume but it hasn’t showed me any sign of life that they have even seen my support chat or anything. I wasted money trying to make money and the whole point it to make extra money. Wouldn’t use the app if you don’t get rewarded for what you spent on missions. Their cash out is still legit tho.

I think it is a scam

before withdrawing to get the money it asks for my national insurance number. It’s not HMRC or anything to ask me that but i do not trust it and i think anyone who downloads this app should stay away from it.

Hello, I am a blind teenager currently 16 and I don’t have a bank account, what happens to those that don’t have a bank account, are they stuck without their money in terms of redeeming it you can’t redeem it And the app could be more accessible, voiceover does not focus on a few visual buttons that I can kind of see, I’m not completely blind, but still Accessibility is definitely needed in this application, especially before the next update. What if a blind person wants to use it like me

On more than one occasion I have done missions and they haven’t credited. having to contact support is a slow process. I most recently participated in the Novig mission. I signed up as a new user and made the deposit. I made trades with all of the deposit. The mission hasn’t credited. I contacted support and they haven’t resolved the issue even after telling me to send screenshots which I did. It seems the only way to get them to follow up and resolve the issues with payments for missions is to leave them a bad review.

*UPDATE*
Support finally responded to tell me that it could take up to 30 days. Unacceptable! I have sent proof of it being a new account and all of the steps followed.

The app is amazing. It works very well, but there are still small bugs that need to be fixed when trying to link certain connects or complete certain missions. The tracking system also needs some type of update but other than that it’s an amazing app.

Carving out a path of excellence!

I want to start this by saying this is 100% true and honest. This app has gone far and above other apps by using a very unique approach. I have made over $60 just by doing the bare minimum on there with most sessions under 10 minutes a day. The ways you earn go from simply linking other accounts you have and making $2-$6 on average each. To exploring other apps and signing up for making even more. From there, you can play games and earn from those while having more reasonable milestones compared to other apps. You can refer people and earn 10% of what they earn, and even 10% of who they refer! On top of that you get a debit card which can be virtual and linked to your virtual wallet on your phone. I use mine all the time in stores and online. Their support has been above and beyond impressive. Every person I have interacted with has been extremely kind and helpful. You don’t ever feel like you’re in a queue, while they really seem to be eager to help. Cristanly has been amazing and extremely helpful and supportive for me. I really can’t say enough good things about this platform and I am super excited to see where they go as they are still very new. One funny thing I have noticed is when I’m explaining this app to people, I notice how it sounds almost too good to be true lol. But I’m being honest! A true gem!

One of the Best Rewards Apps I’ve Tried

I’ve tried a lot of rewards apps, and Ero Earn is hands down my favorite. You ain’t gonna get rich, but the tasks are easy, they actually pay, and I’ve made over $66 in just a few weeks. Every little bit helps!

The best part, though, is the customer service. They’re some of the nicest folks I’ve ever dealt with. Easy to use and actually rewarding
