Most of the movies that I wanna watch doesn’t have English subtitle at all.

Almost every single stream fails to play on my three different apple TV’s!
App Broken
Doesn’t play anything on Apple TV and AirPlay doesn’t send subtitles from other devices. I wasted money on subscription and support is non-existent. Stay away.

Subtitles
I have paid for premium but I have no subtitle options on any of the movies, the CC option does not give me an option to choose subtitles

The premium service does not work on Apple TV. Written so many times to the customer service people. They refuse to respond even though I have paid for yearly subscription.

Cant find subtitles
There is no cc icon the app, the browser version does have them but most movies dont have aun option for english subtitles . We paid for a premium subscription because the page said most titles DO have english subs

It won’t let me watch it on there. I’ve tried many things. But never tried never works. Probably is just doesn’t work in Canada. Pls fix it!!! 😭

Soy fan del cine indio, decidí suscribirme porque el precio era de $1.500 CLP, pero al hacerlo me cobró $150.000 CLP, he solicitado ayuda en el contact center, me ha respondido un mensaje automático en dos oportunidades, señalando que me darían respuesta en 2 días hábiles, pero en ninguno de los reclamos me han respondido. Exijo de vuelta mis $148.500 CLP, ya que además, la plataforma no ofrece películas con subtítulos en español, por lo tanto, no he podido utilizarla

Problems with the app
Greetings, yesterday I bought the annual subscription that costs forty-nine ninety-nine. I have encountered several problems with this application. The first problem has to do with the subtitles, it does not give the option of any subtitle anywhere on the screen and the only option available is the best quality, high quality and medium quality. The other problem I've found is that when you play a movie and after about fifteen or twenty minutes you decide to take a break and close the application and when you reopen the application to continue watching the movie you have to go back to the beginning of that movie and not the continuation of where you left it. If you gonna charge us this amount of money at least make sure it works properly, thank you! And before I forget, in the section where it says "report problem", there is no option to send report. Only the notification appears.

I really wanted this to work but the Apple TV app would not play any movie. I tried rebooting, deleting the app, signing out and in again. Nothing worked. I finally decided to just airplay from my phone but the closed captions show up on the phone and not the TV. Then I went to just watch the movie on my phone and the closed captions were almost a full minute behind the movie. Cancelled the service and deleted the apps…

Horrible customer service
Don't waste your money on this app. I subscribed for premium service for 6 months. Worked fine for 3 months. Then one fine day logged me out of my account and when I signed back in the app would ask me to purchase premium subscribtion again. Reached out to customer support, provided the proof of payment but they stopped responding altogether even after multiple emails. Horrible pathetic service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I don’t know about other tv’s but it doesn’t work on my apple tv.

How international fans bollywood to watch when there is no at least English subtitles. Smh. I should have read reviews first before subscribe. Waste money.

Liar
Before subscribe, I’ve read this apps got language/subtitles in English. Once subscribed, there no subtitles at all. Too disappointed
