Terrible company
Do not use Erply. I have been trying for weeks to get someone from their billing department on the phone, but can’t get a response. Their tech people are great, but anything above their level gets ignored.
Not syncing
I work at Wild Birds Unlimited as of right now 2023 and every time I scan the inventory and I upload it, it goes away and it doesn’t upload it on the main System Erply. Very frustrating. I hope they fix this soon.
Completely Unusable and Useless. Terrible.
Our yearly audit was today, and I am a normal employee so the ONE time a year I have to use the app, it never worked. I started syncing at 5:15. We are almost done with our audit, and it never finished syncing, it’s at 33% - it’s 9:30. My manager on her android had the exact same issue, so instead of using the app to make our life easier, we couldn’t use it at all. All of Erply is terrible and this is no exception. Please fix it for next year’s audit.

Doesn’t Sync 99% of the Time
I’ve been able to use this app twice in the past year. It never syncs stocktakings. Says last sync was 1969. Nice.
