Can’t even make an account
I’ve tried to sign up to be able to use the app and no matter how complicated I make the password, it won’t let me sign up. Literally can’t use the app
Bad app
Ordered some errands for today and they all got cancelled!!! So unreliable. Now I have to go pick them up.
No Customer Service
I attempted to contact customer service today to make sure they had runners and working before I paid. I got their voicemail and no one ever called me back. Judging by the reviews and lack of runners, I think it’s time Apple remove this app from the store as the company doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

Don’t bother
I set up a scheduled pick up two days ahead of time. I just happened to check the status and my order was no longer under scheduled tasks. It had been moved and said canceled. No one contacted me or gave me an explanation. Again, it was against my better judgment but I’m in a pinch and thought I’d give them a try. Don’t waste your time. It forces you to give a rating, otherwise it would be zero stars. So disappointed in what could be a really great concept.

Horrible service and waste of time
I against my better judgment, decided to give this app a chance I scheduled a task to be started at 2:00 PM. The company never reached out to me. It was going on past 1 o’clock, so I reached out to their customer service number to check the status of when the Aaron person or whoever was gonna touch base with me the people at the customer service number extremely rude. They told me they didn’t have a driver in my area so I asked them when one would be available or if they even service my area and that they should’ve given me some type of notice rather than 45 minutes to win. I was expecting the service to be taken care of. They got a attitude with me after I told them that I should’ve put my credit card information on their platform and then their response was OK. We’ll just delete your whole information, etc. very nasty. Very rude. Definitely a scam type of placebecause any other courier service you use like task rabbit they give you all the information ahead of time is not you just put your credit card information and no one contacts you were updated. She gives you any type of information Bacp very nasty rude deceptive people.

Beware of this scam. They charge and don’t complete task
Took my money then said sorry we can’t complete the task. They said I would be refunded but they didn't refund me. Why charge before you know you can accept the task?? What a way to make money.
Avoid this service
Ordered take out well in advance. Scheduled errand well in advance. Errand has been cancelled every 15 minutes. Order needs to be picked up now. I don’t drive. Don’t accept a request if you can’t provide service
DO NOT USE
Like others, I’m frustrated with the complete lack of notification and updating of this app. I scheduled for “ASAP” and it went under scheduled orders but didn’t tell me if there was someone to do it or if it was accepted, etc.
It’s now an hour past the receive by time and there has been no update or communication. My money is still gone and there’s NO option to cancel and they’ve done an excellent job of scrubbing the internet of any contact option aside from the phone number that’s outside of business hours when this was happening. Will be sure to dispute with my bank ASAP.

Don’t waste your time
Awesome idea, maybe use a different service, like any other service but this one.
Scam! Dont use it
Used errand to get my prescriptions picked up and driver said they had a flat tire which was what was said to me by customer service. I asked to see if there was another driver, never got any reply. So cool i asked for a refund & they have not responded to me whatsoever, ive left calls, texts and emails. Never refunded me for service i never received.

Blank screen when I try to register
I get a blank screen when I try to input my DOB to register, it’s been 2 months now can’t believe this bug haven’t been fixed.
Useless
App is super finicky, and if there are no drivers to take an errand request, it cancels without notifying you. Absolutely useless and beyond frustrating.
Does not work
It worked for me a little bit last year but this year my orders always get canceled.
Scam
Created an account, put in all of the information including payment thinking that I was going to get connected with a driver or someone that would run the errand and I was not connected with anyone. No form of communication or notice from the app about the status of the “person” who will run the errand.

Cancelled
I scheduled an errand last night for today at 12pm. About a minute after 12 I got a notification that it as cancelled with no explanation…not very appealing. Could they not find anyone? If so then why wait until last second? I am in NYC.
Busy mom timesaver
I have used errand twice now to save time running homemade meals to friends who have just had babies but don't live close. It was so nice to feel like I was helping them in a personal way rather than just sending money.

Great customer service
I got discouraged after not being able to find a runner on demand. I talked to Clare over the phone and she explained the ASAP feature will auto cancel the order if a runner is not immediately available (like within a few seconds) so she found me a runner right away. My errand got done and it was a good experience!

Total game changer!
I don't usually leave reviews but errand is a game changer!!! I haven't been able to find ANY tool to pick up and drop off my laundry and packages, and errand takes care of it so fast!! Also, all of the other apps only pick up from partnered stores. Errand picks up from everywhere! As a busy entrepreneur this is a LIFE SAVER!
