Bad experience
My first experience with Erandpad was an absolute disaster. I waited for over 3 hours for my order, only to be told after wasting all that time that the food was no longer available. Instead of informing me early, they kept me waiting with no proper updates.
To make things even worse, when they eventually delivered, the food was cold. Their customer support was also extremely poor—unhelpful, slow to respond, and showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused.
Even after admitting the issue, they are still delaying my refund, making an already terrible experience even more frustrating.
A food delivery service that wastes customers’ time, delivers cold food, fails to communicate properly, and then delays refunds is simply unacceptable. This was my first order, and it will definitely be my last. I cannot recommend Erandpad until they drastically improve their service, communication, and customer support.
