Our support team will promptly investigate your request. If the transaction failed, we will either reprocess the top-up or issue a refund as per your preference. Please note, we process over 500 transactions daily, and the vast majority are successful. In rare cases, issues may arise due to unverified or incorrect phone numbers — but we’re always here to help resolve them. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
