Defect correction
After receiving a defect, attempted to upload pictures of trench hand dug 44’ long provided 9 pictures, after hand digging in 34 degree heat, and apparently inspector says pics didn’t upload and now wants it hand dug for a third time.
This app is useless and we as licensed contractors should not be put through this because of a faulty app

Terrible
Aside from the random crashes, failed log-ins, freezing, and failed uploads. This app doesn't include actually creating a notification (permit) which is the first thing you should be using this for.
Additionally, file/photo uploads done through the app don’t save to your phone, nor can you upload your own photos, and you can't schedule inspections properly either. Hard to do a remote inspection when half your photos didn't show up on the log and you've left site.
This app is very basic, and the basic things it needs to do, it can't even get right. The app needs to be re-done from the ground up. It's 2025, and with the amount of money you steal from customers, this app should at least be usable.
I'd give it negative stars if possible.

Garbage
This app never loads. Never works. Doesn’t matter what the service is like or if directly connected to WiFi. It’s a complete waste of time and money. Fix this app, it’s embarrassing and LEC’s could really utilize a device friendly app to utilize while on the go.

Not good
I’ll be the guy that gives it 2 stars simply because the app is a great idea however it rarely works. Most times when I open it the screen says “loading” or “authenticating” but this can last for days until deleting the app and reloading the darn thing. I understand the point of the geo tracking on the evidence however it’s a real pain when you don’t have service in the area or your employees are on site fixing a defect and they don’t have the app.

Log-in issues
When singing-in into the app, it gets stuck on “authenticating” page and it will not load further. Even after closing the app or restarting phone, it still remains stuck on that page. The only way to get by that bug, it is to uninstall the app and download it again from the App Store. It will then work for a time or two, before having the same issue again. This issue is across all of our users and devices.
Also, cell service is not available everywhere (small towns/remote areas
or even parking garages in town) We should be able to upload pictures from phone’s library to be able to submit pictures of those areas… or at least be able to use to log-in and use the app properly when there is no cell service.
Also, after the pictures are submitted as evidence, it would be good if the LEC was able to have access to these pictures too.

The right idea….poor execution
This app has so much potential, unfortunately every time you want to sign I. You have to uninstall and reinstall it, sometimes multiple time to get pages to load. Needs a major overhaul to get to an exceptional level.
This app never works
I have completed all and any updates. Delete and re installed multiple times. Still left with the loading screen.
Great idea if we can get it working. Hopefully in the near future we can start submitting pictures for remote inspections.

Every time I open the app I have to delete the app and start over in order to get it to work.

Worst thing to happend to the electrical trade
App constantly crashes, if you don’t have full service and I mean you need every inch of cell service you need then you photos won’t upload. App has useless functions, and you can never actually log out. If I could rate negative starts I would.
Hard to use
Regularly hangs up when opening saying authenticating, have to uninstall and reinstall app to fix.
Doesn’t save photos or videos taken offline to upload when there is service.
