I am unable to log in even though I deleted the application and download it, and tried logging in using my digital ID.
Functions don’t work anymore
I can’t put this Esaad card in my wallet anymore.
Shopkeepers don’t accept screenshot, they have to twirl the digital card from the app.
I don’t receive physical Esaad card.
I can’t login by my password.
I can’t reset password by OTP
I can’t reset password by email
Before I shared this with my wife. Now I cannot even login to my own Esaad.
Only UAEPASS login works.

Unable to use pin
All shops unable to enter their pin on iphone 16 pro max…works fine with older devices.

They removed the feature in which you can add esaad to apple wallet. Also the new update is so bad and full of bugs. Can’t log in and always errors even after log in

New app simply does not work. Please fix it. We pay for membership for Esaad but can’t make use of it due to the failed app.
Esaad has stopped working
My esaad app has stopped working,
I cannot access the app , log in details won't work either .
Have tried re installing , but nothing is working.
There is no customer care or service or website where anyone can help either.
Even on the app store , it's showing some error .
There's no number to call them , neither any website to guide .

Update broke the App
Since last update, the app did not work on iphone 15ProMax. Simply broken.

I cannot get the new updated card. Followed up more than 5 times and they keep confirming it’s renewed. It’s not showing in the app. Shops are not accepting the expired one.
