unprofessional and unreliable
i've used the text future twice and one psychiatric consultation, first time i used text the so called doctor used chatgpt to answer questions, had a session with a diff doctor and she diagnosed me on the first session that never even hit the 30 minute mark with a fricking personality disorder, texted a diff doctor for a diff issue and again, diagnosed me over text ?? within less than a day ?? and after only asking like 3 questions, then prescribed me a medicine without asking if i have any conditions that'd interfere with the treatment..not to mention that they don't even provide official prescriptions like what am i supposed to tell the pharmacist ?? this whole app is just a disgusting money grab with no regulation at all no wonder they don't have written reviews features, theyre trying to hide all the malpractice that goes on there
