The app never works. Is always down.
Worst Bank Ever
I have had this bank since I was 16 and I have always had problems logging into it. It is even worse now. Every three months there are two days that I cannot log into my account. So I cannot check my balance, I cannot put money in my savings, and it is extremely unreliable.
Logging in
Tired of alway having to manually login in. I have it set to remember user ID and Fafe ID. This app is always resetting to where I have to manually login every time!! So frustrating.
User name
There should be a forgot user name function in case you forgot your username. Please add it in a future update.
No ios16 support
This app does not work with ios16
Needs fixing
Sometimes when I try to log in it will give me an error message about not validating my credentials or a network error when everything is fine

3 out of 5 stars. I don’t understand why I have to answer a security question to make a deposit especially since I’m already logged in.

Thank you for your feedback. We have updated our app so you won’t need to answer a challenge question or your password when you conduct your transactions in the future.
Can't even log in
The app keeps telling me that my username and password are incorrect. I've checked spelling, grammar, and both upper and lower case. Nothing works.
