Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to set this up for my bike at least a dozen times. My bike, Boomerang Plus, is on the list but when searching it won’t find it. It finds my husbands bike without any issues. So frustrating! If it worked it would be a nice addition to our awesome bikes.

App will still not save route. This app worked better 2 months ago.
Here is a good idea, let’s take this sketchy app and make it worse. The last few updates have made this app difficult to use AND the route paths are no longer saved.

Won’t work
Total bummer. It won’t connect to my WiFi or cellular.

This is a terrible application
This is one of the most unreliable, quirky applications I have ever used. Unfortunately it seems to be the only way I can access Bluetooth features on my very nice but pricey ebike. For example, even though I have set my defaults to English measurements it insists in reporting most ( but not all) of my ride history in metric - but with most information “unavailable”. I frequently lose my connection during rides and have to restart the app. Most recently as of this last app update it seems to have lost my account registration information, forcing me to re-register. After doing so it will no longer connect to my ebike. The message I receive states “An error occurred. The registration cannot be carried out at this moment. We will solve the error as soon as possible. Please try again later.”
“Later” has come and gone. It still doesn’t work. Is anybody back at Sitael S.pA. Even paying attention to what they are coding? Please make this a first world app so it is useable.
