Known Bug that they do not fix
Techs can see all of their calls by using a bug that Desco is fully aware of. When I asked them an ETA to fix it - they have no plan.

This app really needs to be updated to where you can add notes into a current dispatch after it's been assigned to a tech..

As always Desco has the user in mind. It has all you need for mobile on the go management. A familiar look at your dispatch board and easily moved and created dispatches. A must have for the working traveling manger/owner.
