I have to use this sorry app every day for work, it crashes every time I open it to change my work status. I hate this app, do better.
App freezes
I use the app daily for service and have to delete it and reinstall it at least weekly because it constantly freezes.

After updating to iOS 18 this app got 1000% worse!
Currently the only way to get this working is to uninstall and reinstall… don’t close it!!!!
Well y’all after a moment or two of messing around I found a partial fix till the devs actually do something. At the top of your screen you see that drop down menu? On my app it says dispatches then I can access customers and time sheets. If you open the app and tap this, then clear the menu by tapping a blank spot on the screen. Now select your job or dispatch you need to access. This has worked on other devices with different software versions, with out needing to uninstall and I don’t have to worry about closing the app now. Still a pain in the rump but better than nothing.

Needs to be reinstalled daily
Have to uninstall and reinstall app at least daily, sometimes three times a day to be able to open my dispatches.
Needs work
App glitches frequently. Often have to close and restart. Scrolling through service calls usually locks the app after the first page. User interface is clunky at best. Feels very dated and needs a modern refresh badly. It’s a screwdriver when you need a drill.
Terrible app
After the iOS update I have to delete and reinstall the app everyday to get it to work. I close the app and it stops working.
It’s not working with new IOS
Do not update your IOS as this app won’t work. They usually 3-4 IOS behind to get the app compatible
Updated my iPhone and now the app won’t work
I’m a service technician who uses this app every day for work on both my personal iPhone and the company iPad. I use the app on my phone when I am on a job and away from my truck, and I use it on the iPad for logging in my notes and creating invoices etc. The conveniency of using the ESC tech mobile app is gone now after I updated my iPhone last week. I am on software 18.2.1 now. I’m hoping there will be an update on the app to revive compatibility

Really don’t waste your time
As a h.v.a c tech I understand how apps have the potential of adding value to the companies way of organizing paperwork and billing. However I wish my company would re-visit the idea of a different app this app is unfortunately really bad. Several issues regarding reliability as well the functionality is just not up to par with its competitors. If I were the one choosing a app for my business it wouldn’t be this one.

Update Fail
Since the new iOS update, app doesn’t want to load tickets. I’ve logged out, uninstalled app, allla that. Works at first but when you go back to the app the next day, it won’t open the tickets on your board.

Can’t open jobs have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling.

I would never recommend using this app. It will hinder your work and business. App constantly crashes and now doesn’t work on my phone after three reinstalls still doesn’t work. Junk

Absolute trash
This is the worst app on the face of the planet. Impossible for me to do my job. Currently running IOS 18 and I literally have to uninstall the app every day to get it to work for the day. Fix you stuff man.
Best I’ve used
What I like about this app is that everything is integrated and can be done from the same platform inventory invoicing, and payments whereas other platforms I had to use multiple different apps switching back-and-forth. I’m sure there is probably better but compared to the four. I’ve used this one was hands-down, the best.

COMMERCIAL HVAC&R tech
I thought hemorrhoids is bad, but the app hurts worse, I thought when I had cancer was the worst thing I had to deal with life, but this app really takes the cake. In all fairness, it runs better on IPhone, versus Android, the programmers, for this app should be ashamed of them self’s. The ONLY reason I use this app, is my employer pays me to put up with this garbage.

Dispatch Notifications Update
I wrote a review a year ago stating that I was no longer getting notifications of new dispatches. Turns out they don’t support Apple anymore. There are a few techs who still use Androids though. They get their notifications like always.
