Most puzzles are easy except key box no matter how many hints sand videos watched it is difficult to figure out and puzzle keeps resetting with every wrong answer

Needs a Save Button
I am giving all these games a two. And here is why. The games are fun and fairly easy to figure out. There are walkthroughs if you get stuck on a puzzle so thank goodness for those. But the biggest problem with these puzzles are the fact that it does NOT save your progress which is highly frustrating. I love playing these games at night before bedtime or while waiting for an appointment. So when I get tied up I have to close out the game. When I go back into it I have to start all over again. That is aggravating. I should not have to start all over. Last night I completed the first section and went into another room linked to the puzzle. I was sleepy but decided I would not close out the game but will continue in the morning. I had the app running the whole time. But this morning though app was still running on my phone it made me start all the way over again. I just deleted the game. I don’t have time to full with that. Please put a save process on these games. I think then you will get better ratings.

The key is the key
I raised my rating since second level was just as amusing. I had fun with this level one. The key was tricky at first. Took me about 4 times to figure out that the first piece is not in place.
Impossible puzzle
More ads than gameplay. The key puzzle is impossible, tapping a piece just shuffles the pieces, there's no way to put one on the key. Ads every seven seconds, no saving progress, deleted. What a waste of time.
Could use some tweaking
UPDATE: Since I last rated this game, I’m taking away two stars because if you leave the game for a short period of time (even keeping the app open), you lose all the progress you’ve made. Very frustrating. Also, the pop up ads, come far too frequently and are far too repetitive - if I didn’t click on it the first time, I probably won’t click on it the 15th time.

The key assembly is difficult. I had to google it to understand the aim. Contrary to popular belief, the first piece is NOT done for you. It is highlighted to show which piece is to be put there. Very clever escape! Kudos to the developers.

The key puzzle doesn’t make sense
Got as many clues as I could but the key in the box puzzle is very frustrating. I know you’re supposed to piece it together from left to right but (aside from the first piece already started for us) I only get one piece in place, then when I click on the next piece, the one I just placed disappears. I watched the ads to get tips but all it says regarding that puzzle is to open the box and get the lens. Nothing is mentioned on how to put the key together. Little help, please?

I’m stuck on a level but this game is amazing and challenging there are a few bugs but the game is awesome I also have more games by the same people and stuck on a level there. In real life I’m not old enough to go to a real Escape room but this is almost real to me . I play this EVERYDAY

Fun until I got stuck. Enjoyed a little help and then was able to finish.
Somewhat decent
The puzzles were somewhat easy to solve but realized when I had to get a hint that I was missing the entire picture because stupid ads were blocking view of areas that had clues. Otherwise it's an easy game overall.
