Frustrated
I love HFG games but this one freezes in two spots on level 36. It freezes on the safe and iPad. Cant get past them. Hope for fix soon. Have even tried restarting level but that does not work.
Gutted
Iāve loved playing this game, graphics are good, hard and frustrating at times, but that makes it interesting. The main bug I have, is literally a bug, on level 36 I have tried turning things off and on in the menu, I have uninstalled and installed again doing all the levels up to 36 then, again, same happens I canāt go no further, no matter what I try, very sad I can go on to further levels as there is no way of skipping a level if thatās needed.š

Ad is blocking play.
I am on level 48. Ad wonāt disappear and also is freezing. Canāt use tools but can navigate in scene.

So glitchy
Glitches started at level 27. If you use the knife too soon it disappears and you don't have it for the second use. You have to restart the level and not use it. Level 28 when you solve the puzzle it hangs and you have to close out the app and reopen. Level 29 you solve all the clues but can't access the microscope to insert the lenses even if you close out & reopen. Deleting this app.

It keeps freezing on Level 36. It is impossible to play.

Just got to level 36 after spending $6.99 for points and the game keeps freezing on me
Problem
I was having to restart my phone cause the game kept freezing on me. After the fourth time I deleted the app
Brilliant Game
Great game - a bug on level 36 where the game freezes on the first room. Resolved by turning sound effects off.
Sad
I have been playing this game and I am on level 36 I enjoy the game but now I am stuck in level 36 you have to make juice and call cops well I can not call the cops bc the game freezes when I try to hit the pink lock code pad to punch in the numbers it also freezes when you try to touch the tablet on the conference table. Please fix this problem I can not move forward in the game until this is fixed it will not allow me to advance to the next level until I beat this one.

Good Game
But it does have some problems. First I didnāt like that when you log in it takes you to your settings so you can have your notifications on. And I use iPhone to play my games on I did not like that I had to tap like crazy to get an item. 75% of the time I had to use the hint or watch a video for coins for hints. Then after the hint directed me to the item I already knew where it was & had tried previously to get only worked when I did use the hint.

Pretty fun.
For the most part it is a fun game. Most of the challenges are pretty easy to figure out, the real problem I have is the amount of coins I have wasted on hints. For the most part I can figure out exactly what I need to do, however in some scenes, if you donāt use an item in the exact right place it wonāt work. For instance, you have a jug that needs water, when you click on the scene weāre you get the water there is no clue as to where exactly you have to place the jug. I have wasted a lot of coin hints to see that despite all my tries,I was always just off of the correct spot. Very disappointing.
Update- the further I progress in the game, the more glitches I come across. Canāt even try to use an inventory item after a while, unless I use a clue, or exit and re-enter the game. And even then sometimes it saves my game play, or just starts me over on the chapter I already completed. I am about to give up on it honestly. I am tired of trying to make it work for me.

Fix issues
I have the same problem. I canāt put the code into the safe. It will only allow me to input 2 numbers not 3. I had the same problems with other level and had to skip. I really love this game though.
