広告見てもヒントが出ない

ヒントのCMが90秒、短いものでも45秒なことにびっくり。さらにそんな長いCMを見てもヒントが出ず、黒い画面の中央に？のマークが出てフリーズします。

何度動画を見てもヒントが出ないのでアンストしますが、他の方はヒントが見られると書いてあるのが不思議です。
