Enttäuschend
App reagiert zu träge, sie scheint nicht weiterentwickelt zu werden, da ich noch nie ein Update sah. Auch merkt man das der Entwickler die App selbst gar nicht benutzt, sonst würde sie nämlich praktischer, sinnvoller gestaltet sein... Eine große Enttäuschung für eine Menge Geld.

Habe heute mir Escape P6 Air gekauft. Anweisung der Connection befolgt. Air Play funktioniert aber in der Remote App taucht das Gerät nicht auf. Habe rausgefunden dass die App mit den neuen IOS Versionen nicht kompatible ist anscheinend. Das bei Boxen um die 900 CHF. Appsupport grausam. über den Link kommt man auf die Companyseite und dort gibt es keine richtige Supportseite geschweige eine allgemeine Supportemailadresse. Boxen Top aber heute grade im Highendbereich gehört dann auch ein Topsupport da ist Teufel günstiger und besser aufgestellt. Mal schauen pack die Boxe ein und fahre zum Händler mal schauen ob er das hinbekommt. iPhone mit der neuesten IPhone Version aktualisiert jetzt geht die Escape Remote aber dafür geht das Elementare AirDrop nicht mehr. Einfach für so teure Boxen zum K….. und der Hersteller sollte sich schämen. Werde die Boxe wieder verkaufen und Teufel kaufen. Das ist keine Qualität made in CH sondern in Timbuktu oder sonst wo.

Completely let’s the whole experience down
Given the price that Escape charge for the speakers and the premium experience they want to portray, this app is a complete let down.
You’d be very disappointed if you found it in a cereal packet.
* The app shows two devices if you install the optional M1 Air device to use with Roon
* if you use the M1 Air-based ‘device’ then you can’t change the source, and as the device reverts to USB on each power cycle, it can be tricky to get started
* it doesn’t matter which input source you select, it always revert to USB between power cycles
* the volume control is iffy. Sometimes it works, mostly it doesn’t, or sets the device to maximum volume
* if the battery is running low, then you get a helpful warning. But you can’t dismiss the warning. If you acknowledge it with an OK it pops up again… and again and again until you plug the device in…
