Glitches in Murder Melodies

There are two chapters in this game with glitches- Chapter 4 and Chapter 13. In Chapter 4, I got to a place where it said “Task has been completed” and then the game won’t go on form there- it’s just stuck! In Chapter 13, when you get to the vent in the room where you have to client the cabinet key, I have to click on the suitcase several times before it opens. Then it says use 5 coins to attempt but then freezes up. This is so annoying! I would like to finish the game!

Thanks for contacting HFG. In this level, first you collect six objects, then click the ladder (right side) near the zoom, and then an automatic hand symbol will show in the suitcase. Once you click the suitcase, choose the correct object. Do continue playing and share your experience. Still, you have been facing the error? Please contact us by mail or social media. Murder Mysteries Ch 21 - Game is Frozen?

Enjoying the game but there’s a glitch. Can’t get past the water valve in chapter 21 no matter what I choose from the suitcase toolbox. I get a choice to watch an ad/use 5 coins for another try, but the screen is frozen. Unable to even close out of this task and go elsewhere. Restarting the game doesn’t work, neither does rebooting the iPad. It hangs at this screen.

Bel gioco ma troppe interruzioni

Il gioco è divertente e si può passare sopra ai difetti di traduzione, il problema è che bisogna usare le chiavi molto spesso e le pubblicità per averle gratuitamente non si caricano.. non sono riuscita a finirlo.. peccato..

Abbiamo notato il tuo problema. Le lingue vengono tradotte tramite software automatizzato e stiamo lavorando duramente per migliorarle. Gli annunci sono disponibili in qualsiasi momento, quindi assicurati che la tua connessione Internet sia stabile prima di caricare gli annunci video premiati. Occasionalmente, gli annunci potrebbero non caricarsi a causa di problemi di rete. Se gli annunci non vengono riprodotti sul tuo cellulare, riprova dopo qualche istante.

Keys/ watch adverts

Not a bad game but it does glitch and crash a lot. Major issue is not being able to watch adverts to get coins or keys as it just gives one key and stops working. Graphics are too dark sometimes.

Was unable to move past the ball part in the last part of the level. It has now been sorted out, I sent you screenshots and you sorted it out and now past it. Thank you so much x

Needs better translation.

The graphics are okay, but the story is weird, and due to poor translation, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. Spent too much time just tapping the screen to see what I could find, then found puzzles that didn’t work properly, or the instructions were written so poorly I couldn’t figure out what the goal was. Deleted.
