I got the game and it was hard but good but it wouldn’t let me get past first few levels but I did all of them right,, then why won’t it let me get past those levels? I didn’t do anything wrong…

Great game except some glitches
I’m trying to get hints but it’s not working. I’ve been logging in daily & not getting daily hints as in other games from this developer. Then, when I watch a video for a hint it locks up & doesn’t let me close out of reward granted. I’d like to keep playing but can’t get past this puzzle…

I managed to open the unlocked chapter 16 ( there seems to be 14, 16, 17 & 18 but no earlier chapters?) and having picked up the rosettes and placed them the minigame doesn’t do ANYTHING,! Pretty sure I know what to do but finding bugs so early in the game are not a good look Devs!, don’t think I’ll be paying for extra levels

I have passed all the levels in the rooms chapter in 16 but it won’t let me go on to the next set. It is locked. Can’t find support and can’t contact anyone.
Escape room:mysterious train
I’m in the exotic level,,I have a map(treasure map?),,,I can’t get past the first few moves,,it doesn’t make sense to me,,🥴,,,have tried everything I can think of to get to the end of the trail,,,nothing is working,,I’m in the room with the elk hanging on the wall,,needed 3 hints to skip,,had them and one was used to show me where to go,,so now I can’t skip it!!!i got to fantasy land,,I’m at the fair where I have 4 different colored circles and I honestly have no idea what to do?,,can you explain please???,,there are 5 dart boards,,some get arrows and not exactly sure what it means,,,😢it’s the supernatural location not fantasyland,,,level 10 I believe,,,on a boat where there are pieces that move around on a playing board there’s no explanation as to what needs to be done,,then it just freezes and can’t move anything!!!…explorations(18) level 15…in the room where there are 9 pictures in a frame..a picture with yellow/red/blue and in each of those are two pictures..I haven’t a clue what to do and I would like to skip this particular “puzzle”….please☹️….I have gone over this puzzle and can’t figure out what is suppose to happen next..there’s also a clock that changes time when I change the season 😏😏…can someone please explain what I need to do to get through this particular issue…would be deeply appreciated 😊…took me at least three days and I finally made it out of level 15(explorations 18),,,,👍👍👍👍👍…supernatural level..5/11…hospital…this is very confusing..three doors…too many hallways…I would like to SKIP this one…I can’t…🙄I’ve gone through the floors/hallways…found the gray medical box earlier and I found the hammer I broke the window and that’s where I seem to be stuck…HELP…or at least let me SKIP…I don’t know if I can keep going with this level…I have already broken the window in the door and I don’t have a clue as to what happens next,,,,any help would be deeply appreciated…😊😊😊😊😊

Not the one worth playing
3D Escape Room: Mystic Mansion, Detective Story, and Chinese Room are the only ones worth playing. They are excellent. They have free movement, pinch to zoom, and better graphics. After you play those, it’s near impossible to play this.
