Invalid server token
This app stopped working on the iPhone in July 2025. It throws an invalid server token error every time I try to use it. I reported to customer service and they never responded, even after follow up. I finally gave up and just use the web site for managing mail.
Doesn’t work
Still crashes on startup and it’s been like this for months. Extremely irritating when the website blocks you from downloading PDF files and tells you to use the app.
Won’t open on iPhone 17 Pro Max
App won’t start up on iPhone 17 Pro Max. Immediately crashes.

Can’t log in to the app at all, it repeatedly crashes.
Can't use it
I can't see my scanned envelopes and my already scanned mail. It always says invalid server token. So I always have to go to the website to see my mail. What even is this app for when it doesn't work?

Not sure why this app has a bad review score. It works is simple and does the job ! Cheers
Crashes All The Time
The worse part is it crashes all the time. I have to go to the website. I don’t like that after you view scanned in mail that it goes to archive. It should never go to archive till I put it there.

Don’t think it works
I have emailed from email or the “contact us” on this app and after five emails throughout a week, I never received any reply. This leads me to believe that just like other reviewers the app doesn’t work, OR this is the WORST RV organization I’ve dealt with over 3 years of full timing!
