Would love to have access
I have reset my HAC account 6 different times now, and can finally log into it from the web. Was told to use this app as GradeWay is a third party app. Being it is ran by PowerSchool (same as HAC), I chose my district, and it asked me to log into, yet it says my login credentials are invalid!! Reset HAC AGAIN and still same results. It would be nice to have access without having to go to the web where it’s tiny print and I have to zoom in. After 3 hours of back and forth with support, they are now telling me “just follow the link you were provided to access it”. Extremely frustrating!!

I seem to be able to log in for LISD and after selecting one of my kids it returns a communication error.

Wow this app is terrible, seems to be abandoned at this point in terms of making substantial changes.
The android version is even worse but no excuse for the iOS version given your coding against a fixed number of devices.

Doesn't work
It is buggy - sometimes lets me in, sometimes doesn't recognize my is, and sometimes doesn't even recognize my school district. It's totally random when it does this. I deleted it because it's easier to bug my kid to show me the information on their computer (which with a teen is not actually easy).

Worst app ever! App has continuous login errors and rarely lets me log on! Amazed after over two years at using this app it seems that they have put zero effort into correcting this bug within the app! Great concept terrible experience!

It works… but…
This app works to view my grades and status of classes, however this app looks outdated and is pretty slow. If PowerSchool has a awesome look, I feel like this app should have a new look as well… including the Home Access Center website

Use the browser version instead.
First off, the UI is not good. It is pretty outdated, and the screen is crowded as if it was suppose to be used on an iPhone 4. The app hasn’t had a major update in 6-7 years and it shows. The app also won’t let me log in but the website does.
Unless this app gets a major overhaul, I’ll stick with the browser version.

Horrible
Just tried to use it to check my kid’s grades. Literally impossible. Why even bother making an app and advertising it if it’s not going to work at all. Waste of time for anyone using. Website is horrible too but at least I can see what I’m looking for.
