Used eSeats to purchase our US Open tennis and Broadway theater tickets ( Head over Heels ) and it couldn’t have been easier to buy and the tickets were great. Two thumbs up!!

I traveled to spain and ive decided to go watch a futbol match in madrid vs barcelona. when i called customer service because i did have my doubts Leslie a lady that works there reassured me so much and was able to get me tickets for that match. when i landed in madrid the tickets were there at the hotel desk and all thanks to her. She would even call me before my flight to have a safe trip and to make sure that all was in order. i was trully scared at first not knowing what would happen. it was my first experience with eseats and not my last one for sure. people will either believe me or not when they read this but i wrote this with true intentions and to let everyone know that my experience with eseats was fantastic. thank you

Outrageously terrible

Over priced on every venue , I'm a huge baseball fan , eseats chargers at least 50% more than ANY OTHER ticket vendor on the market for example , nose bleed at Angel Stadium on Stub Hub 4$ , that exact same seat on Eseats 22$!!!!!! Are you kidding , not to mention after you pay all of their " service" chargers it's probably more like 35$ a ticket

We are big concert and theater fans and have been using the eSeats app to look up upcoming event and book tickets. Last month we purchased Wicked tickets in Chicago and the seats were great. Thanks eSeats!
Best ticket app by far
These guys rock. We buy from eSeats all the time. The thing I love about eSeats is their customer support is quick and easy to work with and their app is super easy to use.
Bad Experience
I bought overpriced tickets to heat game. Then they called me to tell me that the tickets I bought were no longer avilable and the ones that were cost more. I was already on my way to the game so I agreed to the deal with the only condition that I could pick them up at will call. Once there I went to the will call window and no tickets were there, the game was a about to start so I called them to find out what was going on. They said that they could not do will call and that they had emailed me the tickets. I reminded them that the only reason I agreed to the the overpriced tickets was that I could pick them up at will call, so I asked for a refunf since there was no way for me to go back home to print the tickets. They said they could not refund the tickets. I ended up buying other tickets at the door and lost my money with eseats.
One more thing, while I was on the phone with them frustrated about the situation I could hear someone on back laughing and saying that I could just find a hotel and print the tickets there. She came on the phone and said, "why dont you walk to the nearest hotel, one mile north.. "

Garbage
Are you kidding me??? 20 dollars to email me a ticket and then charge me a service fee. This place def plays on the ignorance of those who won't shop their tickets. I'd rather scalp my tickets.
