eServiceTech (Standard)

The eServiceTech (Standard) app enables users to service machines owned or rented by users. It meets the specific needs of shop and field technicians for servicing heavy equipment that is owned by the user or by its customers. The eServiceTech (Standard) app talks in real time with an e-Emphasys ERP that is specifically designed and configured to meet the heavy equipment dealer's business needs. Service technicians will use this app to perform the following operations: 1. Punch in at the start of their work day. Punch out at the end of their shift. 2. Do time-punches for service jobs, breaks and work related travel. 3. Look up the Complaint text associated with a service job, enter their Cause and Correction texts. Verify the Coverage/Warranty Information if available. Capture pictures and videos of the machines being serviced and of the worksite as needed and upload them via the app to e-Emphasys ERP instance via this app. 4. Technicians will use this app to generate a job sign-off report that is customized with user-specific branding.
