App non functional
App cannot be logged into. Please fix asap
Eigentlich ganz gut, aber……
Bis jetzt war ich immer zufrieden aber leider klappt weder die App noch auf meinem Tablett als auf meinem Handy. Ist halt doof wenn man seine Passwörter speichert aber nicht mehr dran kommt. Laut Fehler dauert die Anmeldung zu lange. WLAN oder 5G ist aber perfekt vorhanden
Load Time for Logging In
A great app, it’s just lately I am experiencing longer wait times and it times out (maybe due to updates?) when I try to log in. Outside of that issue I would give it a 5 because I enjoy the app.
Oltre 24 ore di inattività
Estetica dell’app da rivedere ma la cosa peggiore è che sono oltre 24 ore che è totalmente inutilizzabile perché la procedura di accesso da errore è non consente di utilizzare il password manager né qui né su nessun’altro dispositivo compreso estensione per il browser di Chrome.

I am unable to log into the app. After scanning my Face ID on my iPhone, nothing happens and I cannot proceed further. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you. Regarding the complaint I made the other day, the issue was resolved after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I apologize for any trouble I may have caused. I really appreciate this convenient and simple service. Being able to manage passwords without relying on the ecosystems of Apple, Microsoft, or Google feels incredibly refreshing. ただし，毎回起動時にイライラします。
その理由は、アプリを開く時の認証後、1回目は水色の画面から画面遷移しないことです。仕方ないので、一度アプリを閉じた後、もう一度認証するとパスマネのホーム画面に遷移します。
早く改善しほしいです😡

Memorised password
I deleted and installed few times but still memorised my old master password!
Sometimes coming up and showing that I gave a wrong master password and my old master password is in the password line.

FInally, a super secure way of keeping your passwords safe without it being linked to Microsoft or Google. Highly recommended

Not working properly anymore
I used to be able to use it on my iPad to save passwords, but it does not work anymore. When I login to use saved passwords, it keeps on asking for my pin. It does that over and over again.
Still not working…
I was told in an earlier review to contact support. After getting bounced around, I received no help and this app still isn’t working on my iPhone. I’m very disappointed as I do not feel I’m getting to use a feature I paid for
Needs work
Great virus protection software and reasonable password app from trustworthy source but needs work to streamline use, easy of entry and functionality of manager. LastPass still superior as a password manager.
