They will take your money and do nothing and I mean nothing

I paid them. They sent me one email. The links never worked and I never heard back from him and they just took my money. That’s it a whole year that I paid for a year and they took all of it antivirus VPN home. They haven’t done anything well over $100 wasted on this app.

No accepting via Apple Watch

The app works fine and does what it should do. But one thing annoys me. A few month back I was able besides the mobile app also accept a request via Apple Watch. But for some it had been updated and now I only can reject a request. Why? It was so convenient to check-in at work with my watch. Please bring back accepting on smart watch. Thank you in advance ❤️

Why did you changed the Buttons? I can’t do a one tap on my watch because the decline button is now on top. I have to scroll down before.

Konecne update po viac ako roku pushovania 🥲 Extremne chybajuca vec premenovania tokenov bola pridana. Este si prosim moznost presuvania poradia. Char limit na nazvy tokenov je mozno nedostatocny, nie som si isty. Dikes:)

Buggy und instabil

Es ist und bleibt eine Schrott-Software! Nach dem Update ist plötzlich Face-ID deaktiviert und die App verlangt eine PIN, die ich irgendwann vor Jahren mal festgelegt und nie mehr gebraucht habe, weil ich ja immer Face-ID nutzen konnte. Damit war von jetzt auf gleich überraschend kein Login mehr in mein VPN möglich, weil ich die App dann nur noch zurücksetzen konnte! Und nach dem Zurücksetzen geht’s direkt mit Fehlermeldungen wie: „Fehler beim Erstellen des Speichers“ weiter. Also einmal komplett deinstallieren und neu installieren. Und mehrere Accounts neu einrichten. :-( „Diesem Standort vertrauen“ wird - wie schon bei der letzten Version - jeden Tag neu abgefragt.

Endlosschleife bei der Code Generierung

Wie schon einige geschrieben haben generieren sich auch bei mir endlos neue Zahlencodes, außer wenn ich die App ganz beende und neu starte. (Face ID zu. Unlock)

Funktioniert nicht mehr

Seit ca 2 Tagen bekomme ich keine Benachrichtigungen mehr. Ich habe sonst alle Fehlerquellen ausgeschlossen.

Does not work

We have been using this application for a long time, however the last update is tragic.

Push notifications for 2FA don’t get send to my iPhone 13 Pro on iOS 18.4. and I cannot log to my company’s VPN.

Has potential

Having only just started using this is an initial review. It looks promising but there are some improvements that could be made to give it the polish it needs.
Eg. Watch integration. I get notified of authentication attempt but only get the option to reject. Not accept the connection
Also when approving the the app closes out without saying success - it looks like it crashes but it actually works
There also was no explanation for allow once and allow ip. Doing allow once did as expected but the going allow it still prompts each time but I don’t get the allow once prompt. I want users to approve prompt every time so this is good. But just doesn’t seem polished like watchguard AuthPoint, Microsoft MFA or even Duo
Hoping once cloud is released to wider audience more focus is put on this as it has a lot of promis

2段階認証用のアプリ

PCでESET HOMEにログインする際に、パスワードに追加で鍵をかけるためのアプリ。既に購入してる人はHPで誘導されるからすぐに分かる。調べもしないでセキュリティソフトそのものと勘違いして低評価するお馬鹿はいったいなんなの‥。

Funktioniert aber verbesserungsfähig

Generell Funktioniert alles, Berechtigung für Push kommt manchmal erst nach beenden und erneutem starten der App. Nach der Zustimmung der Push Nachricht sieht es so aus als würde die App abstürzen, eine Animation oder Nachricht wäre wünschenswert.

Face ID Problem enttäuschend

Wie ist vorhin so einige andere schreiben, ist unter dem iPhone 14 die Nutzung der Face ID mit aktueller iOS nicht mehr möglich da Endlosschleife. Warum schafft es der Hersteller nicht, das Problem mit einem Update zu beheben? Das letzte Update ist wie alt?

Das ist wirklich unprofessionell und eine Enttäuschung. Ich bin wirklich ein großer Freund von ESA, aber das ist wirklich 6-

PS: den Support interessiert es überhaupt nicht!

Does the job, but not without issues

We set up ESET MFA in the office last year. Staff need the Authenticator app to login remotely. That’s all fine. However, since upgrading to the iPhone 14 Pro Max my Authenticator insists on looping and I have to kill it and retry, sometimes up to 6 times, by which time authentication has timed out and I need to start again.

Is there an update on the way, please?

FaceID Probleme und Abstürze

Hersteller reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Rezensionen mit Kritik werden nicht freigeschaltet oder entfernt. Das Produkt ist mit dem iPhone 14 Pro und FaceID NICHT NUTZBAR.

Hier wird durch die Kunden ein Produkt finanziert um das sich der Hersteller nicht kümmert.

Kein Face ID mehr seit letzten Update von iOS

Ich bin ja wirklich ein großer Freund von ESET, aber dass man die Probleme mit Face ID nicht hinbekommt (Endlosschleife). Ist wirklich schon ein bisschen lächerlich. Des Weiteren bin ich ganz verwundert, dass die anderen Bewertungen zu dem Thema hier nicht mehr erscheinen. Hier gab es nämlich einige zu dem Thema, sind aber alle weg. Wie wäre es wenn ihr eine Lösung erarbeitet, die App hat ja schon sehr lange kein richtiges Update bekommen

Works great. Not consistent with some of the poor reviews.

I was hesitant to use this app because of some of the ratings. I switched from McAfee Live Safe to ESET Smart Security Premium so I downloaded this just to see. I have only used Microsoft Authentication in the past. In my short experience it has been very very easy to use. The only thing different is that this app asks for a pin as well, just an extra layer of security I guess. That is the only “non-user-friendly” part. Which honestly is a minor inconvenience. I’ll take the added layer for a quick digit input. The QR scan is simple. Pops up effortlessly. The codes are timed and will switch when the time runs out. Good job fixing the bugs ESET!!!
