It’s been 1 month+ waiting for my profile to get approved. When I email support, the email gets kicked back saying that the mailbox doesn’t exist.

Pending approval for two weeks

I am not sure what is going on with the approval process, but it should not take this long to approve someone. The “contact us” tab doesn’t work also. I have sent an email and it came back saying it’s an invalid address in my email.

Update: got approved after 3 weeks and it’s a decent app! It needs some work to match what’s out there but easy to use overall.

Haven’t matched yet, but that’s hardly the app’s fault 🤧.
