ESI app does not show on my Apple Watch
App works great with my iPhone, but cannot receive a call from my Apple Watch, which is connected to my iPhone.

if your company recently partnered with esi I feel sorry for you. nothing but issues with this app, their best advice was to get a desk phone.
This would be helpful if it worked properly.
I really wish this app would would work because it would be helpful in so many situations. Even when I am logged out I still get calls through the app. And when a call comes in, even after someone has answered the call, it continues to ring on my phone non-stop until I “answer” it. We have also had trouble with calls not connecting through the app.

Location Auto-Presence
The one big thing this app is missing is being able to use location if you choose and automatically switching your presence options depending on your location.
Server Connection issues
If the app did all it was capable of, it would be great. Since the iPhone software upgrade, I have had constant issues with it not connecting to the server. When my phone screen goes black, my app will not ring my phone for an incoming call. My phone has to be in use to get a call. Also, I would love if we could choose a different ringtone for this app versus my personal calls ringtone coming into my cell.

Could be better with an update
I love the mobility and the access to the office lines while I’m outside of the office, but I wish incoming calls would ring on my eMobile app more consistently. Infrequently my cellphone will ring with an incoming call unless I have the app open at the time. I feel like calls should be able to come through anytime as long as the app is open in the background.

Push notifications have been enhanced with the latest release of eMobile for iOS and eSIP server firmware version 30.8.29.8.36.
