Nothing in the App works

So I created an account for this app that link eSight 4 so I get into the app and I’m presented with a white screen in the home menu. I closed the app several times and nothing on it works I even restarted my iPhne X.

A Great device and app

Without eSight mu vision is 20/600 from optic atrophe. With eSight i can see 20/40. It’s a wonderful company with a great support system. You get your very own eSight coach to help guide you through the program.
