I tried to migrate my Israeli number, but after more than three weeks, I gave up. I was told “just a few more days” several times and given various excuses, but in the end, the process just wasted my time and energy. At least the refund process was smooth.

לא ממליץ! התחברתי לסים שלהם בהונגריה. כבר ביום הראשון עשה בעיות, עבד כמה שעות ואז הפסיק. אני עדיין מחכה שיענו לי משירות לקוחות (עברו 5 ימים). יום למחרת חזר לעבוד לבד בלי לעשות כלום. כשעבד עבד בסדר. הממשק גרוע ולא ידידותי למשתמש. שחוזרים לארץ צריך לזכור לנתק את ההעברת שיחות, אחרת תקבלו שיחות אבל לא תוכלו לענות. למרות המחירים הנמוכים שלהם עדיף ספק אחר.

Excellent service/ Customer service
I have been using the app for 7 different countries, whilst travelling. Really great app, easy to use, great prices and easy to top up. Had a slight issue in Malaysia trying to purchase another country. Customer services were excellent and sorted it out immediately. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks.
