Easy to use and buy
I have tried to purchase many eSIM whilst Overseas and you need a verification code to come back to your home mobile phone number linked to your credit card. Since i don’t have my home mobile number (no global roaming) overseas, I could not complete the purchase.
With eSim Australia, I could use Apple Pay and have no issues with the purchase of 2x eSims for 2 countries in May 2025
The app could be improved by also allowing users to see how much data they have used and how much data is left.
Additionally, having normal voice phone calls capability would be a benefit to the eSIM function.
The ease of purchase, various plans, simple eSim set up, and many counties available, I would recommend eSIM Australia and will use them in the future, as their prices are very affordable.

Not reliable. Won’t activate. Bad app
No real time support. Not working for me and they aren’t replying.
