I had a bad experience with eSim Plus. The number I bought could receive calls, but it couldn’t receive SMS, which made it useless for WhatsApp verification. When I contacted support, they refused a refund or replacement, saying I had already “used” it just by testing it. The agents weren’t helpful or consistent, and no real solution was offered. Overall, disappointing service and not worth it.

I don’t recommend this app at all
They force you to purchase subscription without try the application. Also after the purchase, it won’t let you to purchase the number it keep telling you you you have to by more credit. Usually I don’t add the review but this app even not worth it to download.

Looks like a great app however no virtual number is available for the Philippines (or any of south east Asia actually)
Zero support from the customer service team. Number doesn’t work steer away from!!
Purchased the number. Contacted customer service team - no help. No help for a week. They refuse to refund regardless the fact that their service in not working. Scammers.
