Лучший eSIM
Fraud
Response from developer
Hello. We have carefully reviewed this case. Your eSIM was delivered and worked in full: all the data included in the plan was used. After the data ran out, you told us you had not noticed the plan limit at checkout, and we refunded the purchase as a goodwill gesture. A new eSIM was then purchased, and its data was also used in full; our records show the connection worked normally the whole time. The data limit and validity of every plan are shown on the plan card and at checkout before payment. eSIMato is not a scam: every eSIM is issued by licensed mobile carriers, and data usage is measured by the network. If you have any questions, please email support@simato.ru and we will be glad to help.
