Used it in multiple countries
I have used eSIMCrew in Morocco, Portugal & India over the last few months. The set up is quite easy and takes only few minutes. I was using it mainly for WhatsApp and Google Maps which worked well even in rural areas. The customer support team promptly resolved an issue I had about a data package within hours of reporting. I Would highly recommend this E sim to anyone traveling abroad.

Oz made easy
Seamlessly easy especially for somebody that does not travel much. I’m in Australia at the moment and 3 of us are using eSIMCrew which was really easy to buy and install. Another great feature is that you get notified when you’re coming to the end of your Data and you can just topup which is very quick! Will definitely use again

Amazing customer service
Totally jet lagged, I couldn’t think straight on arrival in Thailand on Christmas Day. I emailed in for advice NOT expecting any reply for a day or so, and literally 5 minutes later got a reply and help and was up and running within 10 minutes. Where else would you get that service…..and amazing rates as well!!!!

Good Product OUTSTANDING service support
I have travelled the world for 28 years in business and always ‘wore’ the riaming charges ( reluctantly )
PARTICULARLY reluctantly the £500+ fee for my regular 10 day stint in Israel.
So a way of plugging into local networks when planning my wife’s 6 week bucket list trip half way across the world was jumped upon ( when advertised in Times + )
Having been The Commercial Director of a High Tech company the world has reeked it’s vengeance upon me when I ring up / make contact to ( attempt to ) get advice / support on some aspect ( Tutts huffs and superior ‘don’t you know about…. )
TODAY - the service was fine with graciousness and no little understanding that DIDNT have a clue what was going on.
