Incomprehensible

I really don’t like this app. The platform on the computer is OK but when I reach out for help, I never get any responses. I’m never able to change the pictures the profile pictures of any of my students and I am a little hesitant to put my bank information into this platform form since I don’t get any help from anyone. I’ve requested a refund because it really doesn’t work. I paid the $99 and I haven’t gotten a response from anyone.

The platform is excellent but hiding features behind a download is not a good move because the app is just terrible. Please fix it.
