I deleted this app but when I dowloaded again I can’t restore subscription.
Frustrated
About a year ago, I purchased this app for US$ 9.90, which was advertised as a 'one-time payment' and gave me full access to all content. Everything was going fine, and I had all the content unlocked. Suddenly, I started noticing ads, and when I checked, a lot of content was locked again. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but there’s something called 'acquired rights.' If you've changed the payment policy, it should apply to new subscribers and not remove services from those who have already paid.

Scanning my money
I bought the all lessons before, but when I upgraded this app, it shows me that I need to pay the money again! I feel so furious!
Change subscription
I paid 5,99 for this app in January with all lessons unlocked. Now I need to pay for a subscription for something already paid? I'm disappointed
Dictionary
How could I delete dictionary history? It will be crowed with a deluge of words I looked up

Paguei em fevereiro e agora quando fui tentar restaurar o acesso ao serviço que paguei em fevereiro, me cobraram de novo. Tive que reportar isso ao meu banco e ainda estou aguardando resposta. Quer ter 30 jogados no lixo? Pague por este serviço e aguarde nova cobrança pois é mentira isso de one time purchase. Vc consegue usar por alguns dias, depois eles bloqueiam seu acesso e lhe cobra novamente. Não vale a pena a dor de cabeça

Great content, terrible design
This app is great as far as the content goes but there’s no way to contact the developer to report issues. So I had to come here to write this review.
So it has three different parts that you can purchase to get rid of the annoying ads. When you click on ESL it sells you TOEIC.
So, even though I wanted to purchase ESL because of this mistake, I ended up buying TOEIC and now I don’t know how to cancel it and get my money back.
Another issue is the placement of the X to exit out the advertisement. The X is placed at the very top right corner that no matter how many times you tap, you cannot close it out, super frustrating!

PAY ESL, but unlock
Hi admin, I've charged 149.000 VND for pro verson for unlock all lessons without ads but it still doesn't work. Please fix it for me as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to using your app soon, thank you for your help

Purchased but still having ads
Is this a joke or a bug? I spent 13$ canadian and still locked and having ads all the time. If it is not a bug, you are stilling people's money.
The App charges u, but doesn’t work as suggested!
I paid $5.99 for the App to unlock the lessons and remove the ads ( which are too many!). It did neither one. I will be asking for my money back!
