What's New in eSmart Bin
1.0.2
September 28, 2026
eSmart Bin 1.0.1 (build 37), released 25 Sep 2026, has a critical sign-in defect: tapping "Continue with Apple" on iOS leaves the app on a loading screen indefinitely, and the user cannot sign in. Users with existing Apple-based accounts are locked out of the app; new users cannot register with Apple. Google and email sign-in are unaffected. Root cause: the hosted sign-in page was started while the Sign in with Apple sheet was still dismissing, so it never presented. Version 1.0.2 (build 38) fixes the sequencing; no other behavioral changes. Steps to reproduce on 1.0.1: install, tick the age confirmation, tap Continue with Apple, complete Face ID; the "Signing you in..." overlay never completes. We request an expedited review to restore sign-in for affected users. This release only fixes Continue with Apple hanging after the native Sign in with Apple sheet on 1.0.1. Sign in with Apple shares the user's name only on the first authorization; if the review Apple ID has authorized eSmart Bin before, the sheet shows a plain Continue and the profile shows the email handle. No name is ever required from the user.
