Not what it once was.
I’ve been using this app for around 5 years now.
Lately they’ve added an ad wall that you need to go through to get to the login screen. I’ve noticed that if the app fails to retrieve an ad then you get a connection issue.
Also, the login times out and prompts you to “update to the latest version” (of which there isn’t). This can happen a few times in a row and can only be resolved by closing and opening the app again.
Suffice it to say, our PTZ camera still works near-flawlessly so this app is a “necessary evil”.

Inestable
La transmisión remota es deficiente de hecho en ocasiones no permite la conexión remota
Señal inestable siempre
Siempre dice que la señal está inestable aunque la conexión a internet esté bien. A veces te saca de la cuenta y no te deja volver a entrar en un rato largo.
No support for iPhones per rep
Having problems with cam not powering up totally and was told that the app in the iPhone App Store no longer supports the camera only android phones. Makes no sense to me at all!!!!!
Werbung für eine bezahlte Webcam
Da kauft man eine Webcam und muss dann beim Zugriff Werbung abwarten. Geht gar nicht.
Terrible app
Always problems when trying to open the app. Takes several attempts to open with such things as poor connection despite being less that a metre from router. Check for updates , despite being the latest version. Pop up Ads when opening the app, some of which are distasteful. App wants to access my full picture library or it won’t allow you to take picture of what you are viewing. I could go on but I’m sure that you get the picture. App is now deleted.

Needs major improvements
Two big issues:
- Log In: typically will have to log in multiple times before it actually works and let’s you through to the camera screens
- Inappropriate Advertisements: when you do get to the Home Screen, an ad will sometimes start to play and several times this has been an inappropriate ad playing sounds like an adult movie!!! This is NOT OK and the app developers need to make this stop asap.
- 2 stars thereafter as when you do get in after the above issues the camera functions themselves work fine usually.

Terrible In Everyway
Login will fail 9/10 times. Playback fails. Sd format fails. This app has very very little that functions properly. Far more frustrating than helpful.

A publicidade não está deixando utilizar o aplicativo e abrir a câmera, bem como não consigo fechar quando não queremos comprar a oferta.

Hasta el momento la peor aplicación que e conocido, no conecta rápido, muy lenta, antes de abrir me dice que debo actualizar la aplicación y al momento de actualizar, me dice que ya está en la última versión.
The update messed every thing up
Since the update, I’m miss any notifications due to the app signing me out. I have to sign in every time I open the app. Pop ups😑…. But I get it. Would be happy to give five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aufeinmal mit Werbung
Die App ist an und für sich gut, nur mit dem neuen Update und dieser nervigen Werbung, ist diese App leider nur ein Reinfall…. Wenn man schnell schauen muss, wer an der Tür steht, muss man erst warten, bis die Werbung mit den halb nackten Mädels vorbei ist. Daher nur 2 Sterne
La app antes de mostrar la imagen muestra anuncios
La cámara funciona demasiado bien, pero la app muestra siempre anuncios y propaganda antes de poder ver la cámara.
Slow and forces you to see a massive ad first
This version is slower than the previous one and now you are forced to see a massive ad on the main screen before being able to click on your camera (which says is “loading” but it’s obviously an artefact for you to see the ad). This kind of strategy in 2022 is an insult to your users.
Why ads when I open
This used to be a great app until the last update which obviously was just to allow ads pop up when you first open the camera, which I had never had to deal with before.

j'utilise cette application depuis 4 ans, si le matériel associé est correct, l'application mériterait d'être un peu plus travaillée. Par contre, l'apparition de publicité il y a deux jours est absolument scandaleuse pour ce genre d'application !
Sketchy at best
This app has always been just barley good enough to keep and use and now in the newest update that in the foot notes said it was for optimization of user experience all they did was add an annoying ADD right when the app opens this obviously being the last sraw for me and I’m sure most other people Do Not Buy These cameras because the app is garbage.
