App Can’t find Lock

I just got the YL-C3 smart lock from amazon and I love it!
Very simple.

However, the QR code on the box that the smart lock came in, doesn’t send me to the correct application to download.
Then, I found another app (this one) which appears to have my specific lock in its system, but it would not appear when searching for nearby smart locks.

Again, PRODUCT IS AWESOME!
Apps don’t seem to measure up to the product.
